favoriteanalyst: (with the water pouring down)

[Mobius tries to imagine how Barrow fared under scrutiny. The man doesn't deserve it. None of them do. The big bad Templars, all of them clearly torturers and sadists.

Having his past questioned and his loyalty suspected by a rebel mage who of late was kidnapped by some manner of Templar forces. Rather than the scoutmaster or spymaster or, perhaps, a division head.

This man is intense. Professional. At a guess, from the scrutiny, he is a man who feels his emotions strongly but with enough discipline to not let them to the surface. He'd made his stance very clear at the debate, spelling out in no uncertain terms that those who signed the proposal were to be seen as an enemy, to be torn down. Named them cowards.

The picture of objectivity.

Mobius has rarely quailed under a gaze alone and meets it right back. Considers that others have submitted, and wonders how willing that was. Chews, swallows, contemplates the man before him.]
